Our solutions help organisations understand their performance and consumer sentiment based on conversations through inbound and outbound calls. We have developed the full telecommunication stack in-house to provide customisation that suits organisations' needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, communication, customer service, and sales. They will work closely with the sales team to deliver sales reports, manage sales data, and maintain customer relationships.

Qualifications

Relevant skills: Strong negotiation skills, ability to work in a team, ability to multitask, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications that would be beneficial: Prior experience in digital telecom solutions, experience with software sales, and knowledge of cloud-based solutions.
