Job description

We have an opening for the post of Regional Trainer for a reputed Company for their  Mumbai/Pune  Office.

 

Job Description:

• Need to be strong in handling multiple tasks.
• Conduct New Hire sessions, Refresher session, On-the-job training, coaching, team building training etc.
• Closely work with L&D head and chalk out programs as per requirements
• Should be willing to travel to multiple branches and On-the-job training

Candidates Profile:

• Good English Communication.
• Self-Motivated.
• Entrepreneurial Attitude.
• Presentable.
• Team Managing
• Leadership skills
• Preferable from Real Estate/Insurance in Training and Development.
