Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager-Mobile Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mobile Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support for our mobile application. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow NOW app, AWS services, JS frameworks (Vue, Node, Angular etc.), PBI, ETL, MySQL etc.
Responsibilities:
. Provide level 2 support for our mobile application, addressing and resolving issues reported by end-users.
. Investigate and troubleshoot mobile application issues, utilizing knowledge of ServiceNow NOW app, AWS custom application in Vue JS, and PBI connected through ETL.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
. Act as a subject matter expert for mobile application support, providing guidance and assistance to junior support team members.
. Document support processes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions to create a knowledge base for future reference.
. Proactively identify and suggest improvements to enhance the performance and usability of the mobile application.
. Stay up to date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends related to mobile app development and support.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications/skills
. Bachelor&rsquos degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
. Relevant years of experience in mobile application support, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
. Strong knowledge and experience with ServiceNow NOW app, AWS custom application developed in Vue JS framework, and PBI connected through ETL.
. Proficient in troubleshooting mobile application issues and providing timely resolutions.
. Familiarity with mobile app development lifecycle and best practices.
. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically and logically.
. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
. Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
. ServiceNow certification.
. Experience with AWS services and infrastructure.
. Familiarity with Power BI and ETL processes.
. Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
