Job description
Core/Advanced Compensation & Benefits & Talent Management:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields;
• Minimum 6+ year experience in Workday project implementation, build/configuration and BAU support
• Certified in Workday in Workday Core/Advanced Compensation, Benefits & Talent Management.
• Extensive hands-on configuration experience in Workday Core/Advanced Compensation, Benefits & Talent Management.
• Configuration experience in other Workday modules such as Time Tracking, Absence, Core HCM & Security, Reporting as a plus.
• Business process management expertise in HR as a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills paired with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English (verbally and written)
