Job description

Project portfolio :

• Demonstrates a good understanding of PPM Tools like Clarity, MS Sharepoint
• Demonstrates a good knowledge of Project Management practices
• Demonstrates a strong knowledge on Project budget management and risks
• Is able to prepare financial reports and budget outlines to executives
• Is able to draft new and improving existing project management office practices
• Ensures Project management practices are followed across the board, like Project Reforecast
• Reforecast knowledge, resource and budget management
• Designs and track various program/portfolio performance KPIs
• Is able to generate reports using Clarity or other tools like PowerBI,
• Ensures data quality in Clarity too and support users of Clarity

Key Skills:

• Clarity Tool
• Microsoft Power BI
• Excel Automation
• Microsoft Sharepoint
• Excellent verbal communication skill and good written communication skill
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Agile Methodology - and Project management
• A degree in Business Administration or related field
• Exposure to Team management is added advantage
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
