Job Overview

As a Paid Media B2B Specialist at Ethinos, you will be responsible for driving effective and targeted digital advertising campaigns for B2B clients, with a specific focus on industries such as SaaS, Tech, Software, and IT. Your expertise in utilizing LinkedIn extensively for advertising will be instrumental in achieving the desired results for our clients' campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to B2B clients in the SaaS, Tech, Software, and IT sectors.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective advertising campaigns.
  • Utilize the LinkedIn Advertising platform extensively to create, manage, and optimize campaigns.

Audience Targeting And Segmentation

  • Leverage your in-depth understanding of B2B audiences to define and refine target segments for campaigns.
  • Utilize advanced targeting options within LinkedIn to reach decision-makers, influencers, and key stakeholders.

Content And Creative

  • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing page recommendations that resonate with B2B audiences.
  • Ensure ad creatives align with the specific industry nuances of SaaS, Tech, Software, and IT.

Performance Analysis And Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and achieve client goals.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to refine ad messaging, visuals, and targeting.

LinkedIn Expertise

  • Serve as the in-house expert on LinkedIn advertising best practices, staying updated with the platform's latest features and changes.
  • Leverage LinkedIn's ad formats, targeting options, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Client Communication

  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on campaign progress and performance.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide strategic recommendations to meet their objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record (4+ years) of successful B2B digital advertising, specifically with SaaS, Tech, Software, and IT clients.
  • Extensive experience with LinkedIn Advertising platform, including campaign setup, optimization, and audience targeting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent understanding of B2B buying cycles, decision-making processes, and industry trends.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad copy and visuals for B2B audiences.
