Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and achieving sales targets and expanding the company's customer base in the assigned zone. The Zonal Sales Manager will also be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with clients, resolving customer complaints, and providing timely feedback to the management team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the financial industry
• Knowledge of financial products and services, particularly loans and mortgages
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and goals
• Experience in managing sales teams and developing effective sales strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel within the assigned zone as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance is a plus
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required. Knowledge of a local language is a plus
