Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for maintaining HR records and managing HR-related projects. Qualifications Proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar role Understanding of HR functions and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Relevant HR certification(s) is a plusJob tags
