Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Gwalior. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the agency, recruiting and training new agents, achieving sales targets, and maintaining relationships with key customers.
Qualifications
- Excellent sales and marketing skills with proven ability to achieve targets
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Experience in the insurance industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
