Job description

As a

Solutions Architect

within the Consumer Servicing & Engagement and Open Banking Lab, you will be responsible for growing and shaping our Digital estate. We build our own customer-facing applications, so day-to-day you’ll be working alongside engineers and product analysts to build applications based on customer feedback. What you’ll need, Must have 12 years experience overall in IT along with 4+ years as a solutions architect. Experience in Hight level solution design, component and technical Solutions. Experience in producing architectural diagrams with different levels of details. Expertise in design experience in Backend/Frontend/Mobile applications. Knowledge of EIP, E2E system integrations. Expertise in modern languages Java, Python, messaging, integration and data streaming technologies (Kafka, MQ etc..), caching (Couchbase) & database (RDBMS and NoSQL) tools. Application development framework like Spring boot, well architected framework, data integration solutions, software architecture patterns. Good knowledge on Google cloud architecture and Data modelling. Proficiency in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines. Working knowledge on security architecture practices and concerns.

Nice-to-Have Skills: TOGAF or equivalent qualifications. Have played an active part in architecture and design governance.
