Junior Human Resources

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Human Resources role at our Hyderabad location. The Junior Human Resources professional will support the Human Resources team in the day-to-day operations of the HR department. They will be responsible for HR activities such as onboarding, offboarding, managing and maintaining HR documentation, generating regular reports, processing paperwork, and organizing HR related projects such as employee engagement initiatives, training, and development opportunities, team building and other HR-related events.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A high level of attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in HR operations, processes, and procedures is a plus
• Experience with HR software systems such as ADP and SAP is a plus
