Job description
Role : ServiceNow SPM Lead. Experience : 7 - 12 Years. Location : Bangalore (Hybrid). Duration : 6 months. Notice Period : (Immediate Joiner Required). Skills Required :- Resource should have ServiceNow functional understanding. - Good Communication. - SPM module understanding is must. - Customer handling skill is mandate. Job Description :- Support Portfolio Mgmt & Tooling Strategy with all bodies of work and deliverables related to book of work standardization, prioritization and backlog management, - ServiceNow tooling enhancements (SPM and Request), work with ServiceNow dev leads on improvements to automation of demand, cross impacting and prioritization processes and onboarding, tooling replacement, streamlining and documenting persona-based workflows, JIRA ad JIRA Align standardization, OKR mapping and alignment to strategic priorities, voice of customer centricity and user experience. - Work with Leads and line of business representatives to build Product Cabinet agendas, demos, decks and assist in prioritization forum waterline discovery and dashboards for discussion. - Build relationships with Product and Engineering teams to support cadence and execution of critical strategic planning deliverables as well as leadership reporting and dashboards for Leadership Updates and Quarterly/Monthly Business Reviews gathering, analysing, and synthesizing disparate data from product, engineering, and horizontal functions.Desired Qualifications :- Bachelors degree with at least 5 years experience working in financial services; exposure to Technology, Product Management, Customer/User Experience, ServiceNow, Agile frameworks & methodologies JIRA and JIRA Align (a plus). - High energy, detail-oriented candidate with exceptional analytical and project management skills. - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio). - Experience developing executive mgmt and C-level presentations required.- Effectively problem-solve, see beyond the immediate next steps, anticipate, and proactively address existing and potential roadblocks. - Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills (ref:hirist.tech)
