Job description
. Familiar with API, ANSI, ASME and other national & international applicable Code, Standard & specifications.
2. Have proficient knowledge in Material science.
3. Prepare / Review of Piping Material Specification (PMS), Valve Material Specification (VMS) etc.
4. Preparation/Review/Development of Design basis, Specification.
5. Coordination of engineering and design activities with other disciplines.
6. Prepare / Review Mechanical Data Sheets, Material take-off (MTO) and Costs for Capex preparation.
7. Actively participate in Consultant / Vendor meetings to understand requirements and provide technical assistance as and when required.
8. Vendor offer review, prepare Technical Query (TQ), review of Technical Bid Analysis & post order Vendor Document review.
9. Provide final checking, approval and stamping of all design deliverables associated with piping.
10. Knowledge of Equipment Layout, Nozzle orientation drawing, Piping Layout / GAD, Isometric drawings, Pipe Supports Detailed Drawing & Plant 3D model

Education/Qualification : B.E / B.Tech Mechanical
