Job Overview

As a FNB Controller, you will be responsible for managing the daily food and beverage operations, creating budgets, conducting menu costing, updating and maintaining receipts, leading a team, and performing audits. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Kolkata, West Bengal, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in F&B operations or a related field
- Proven experience in managing daily food and beverage operations
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost management
