Job Description
• Assist the Branch Head in attaining/ exceeding the set targets of the Branch.
• Unusual transactions to be monitored on daily basis and followed up to ensure timely regularization.
• Management of expenses of branches, ensure branch/ lease deed, agreements (AMCs) and vendor payments are timely executed.
• Co-owner of Branch budgets through deepening and cross sell through existing customer and generate referrals through walk-ins.
• Plugging of income leakages and tightly manage all branch cost and continuously find opportunities to reduce cost.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Leadership: You will be responsible for providing overall leadership to the training/ learning institute. This includes setting the vision, mission, and goals of the institute, and ensuring that all staff members are aligned with these objectives. You should provide guidance and support to staff members, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Operations Management: You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the training/ learning institute, including managing the schedule of classes, ensuring that resources are available to students, and managing the budget. You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that the institute is operating efficiently and effectively.

- Financial Management: You will be responsible for managing the finances of the training/ learning institute, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring expenses. You will be responsible for ensuring that the institute is generating sufficient revenue to cover its expenses and meet its financial goals.

- Marketing: You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the training/ learning institute and attract new students and professionals. This includes creating a marketing plan, identifying target audiences, and developing messaging and promotional materials.

- Student Management: You will be responsible for ensuring that students are receiving high-quality education and are satisfied with their experience at the training/ learning institute. This includes monitoring student progress, providing feedback, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise. You will be responsible for managing student enrollment and retention.

- Building a team: You will be responsible for building a strong and effective team of staff members. This includes identifying staffing needs, recruiting and hiring new employees, and providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities. You will be responsible for fostering a positive and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration, communication, and innovation.

- Sales: Will be responsible for Marketing and Concept Sales in B2C as well as B2B segment.

- Overall, your role is to ensure that the institute is providing high-quality education to its students, professionals, managing its operations efficiently, building a strong and effective team, and growing the business over time.
