Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team at Varistor Technologies Pvt. Ltd. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations in a designated area, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and driving business growth. This is a junior-level position, suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Willingness to travel within the designated area

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales operations in the designated area, including planning, organizing, and implementing sales strategies
  • Achieve sales targets and drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Must be from a science background to understand the product better.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to provide exceptional sales support
  • Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Stay updated with solar industry developments and continuously improve product knowledge
  • Travel within the designated area to meet customers and attend industry events
