Job description

Job Title: Performance Marketer

Responsibilities:

~Campaign Planning and Execution: -

Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including but not limited to PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing. -

Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign goals, target audience segments, messaging strategies, and creative assets.

~Paid Search Advertising: -

Plan, create, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. -

Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and landing page optimization to maximize campaign performance.

~Paid Social Advertising: -

Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. -

Develop audience targeting strategies, ad creative testing, and budget optimization to achieve campaign objectives.

~Display Advertising and Retargeting: -

Implement and manage display advertising campaigns, including banner ads and native ads, across relevant ad networks and publisher sites. -

Utilize retargeting strategies to re-engage and convert website visitors and past users across display and social media channels.

~Affiliate Marketing: -

Identify and recruit affiliate partners to promote [Company Name] products and services through affiliate marketing programs. -

Monitor affiliate performance, manage relationships, and optimize commission structures to drive affiliate revenue growth.

~Performance Analysis and Optimization: -

Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and draw actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI. -

Conduct A/B tests, landing page experiments, and ad creative optimizations to improve conversion rates and user engagement.

~Budget Management: -

Manage advertising budgets effectively, and allocate spend across channels and campaigns based on performance goals and ROI targets. -

Track campaign spending, ROI, and other key performance indicators to ensure efficient use of the marketing budget.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on driving measurable results and ROI through digital channels. 3. Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc. 4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. 5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 6. Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning and innovation in digital marketing. 7. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
