What We'll Bring We are seeking a talented and analytical Hr Systems Analyst who is responsible for organizing and maintenance of our Case Management platform to support TransUnion's Global HR Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem solving skills, and a deep understanding of systems and related processes.

Responsibilities What You'll Bring: - Implementation: lead the implementation of HR case management systems (Dovetail), including requirements, configuration, testing, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment
- System Maintenance: manage and maintain the Dovetail system including updates, patches, and enhancements to ensure stability and performance.
- User Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users of Dovetail systems, addressing inquiries, issues and requests in a timely manner.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data and metrics within dovetail to identify trends, patters, and insights that inform business decisions and process improvement.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to Dovetail systems including workflows, user guides, and training materials
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system optimization, and drive improvements that bring efficiency and effectiveness to TransUnion
- Vendor relationship: Manage the relationship with the vendor, including communicating updates, reporting issues, requesting upgrades.
Qualifications - Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in system analysis with a focus on ticketing, case management, or system of engagement.
- Strong technical skills including proficiency in configuration and customization
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience creating KPI reporting
- Ability to clearly articulate ideas and issues to both technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing
- A strong comfort with data and technology and the ability to solve problems
- Strong knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
