In this role, you have the opportunity to

Manage high impact, complex communication projects that enable Philips to enhance visibility, improve engagement, align with Philipsu2019 strategic communication objectives, and optimize communication channels. The primary function within this role is to execute communication activities through the course of fast-paced, high-quality projects.

You will be responsible for driving meaningful and innovative content development, generating ideas/concepts in communication strategies to improve engagement and reduce costs, as well as performing the role of a technical lead in implementing communication initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders. This includes transferring communication processes between different channels and ensuring seamless integration across platforms.

You are responsible for

• Lead Communication Strategy & Execution
• Establish and execute KPIs for Communication including:
• Communication Awareness
• Perception
• Engagement
• Audience Reach
• Loyalty and Advocacy
• Consistency

• Develop and execute an annual communication strategy roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, aligning plans with overall marketing objectives.
• Devise strategies for internal STET Department communication, focusing on Philips Yammer.
• Benchmark best communication practices within Philips healthcare globally.
• Ensure consistency of communication across channels (emails, offline, Philips social) by establishing processes to align on STET Communication.

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand communication strategies and create digital-friendly content adaptable to traditional media.
• Manage the creation and rollout of STET Communication content on Philips Social sites.
• Drive social media content creation to enhance brand stature and relevance for targeted audiences. (Procurement, ISC Engineering, Commodities, etc.)
• Engage with Philips members digitally and drive interaction.
• Develop social media content calendars for various platforms to excite and engage audiences.
• Create Blogs, PPTs, email content, video content, and manage Philips Social sites.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience/Preferred Skills:

• Project management in Corporate communications.
• Strategic thinking with high problem-solving ability.
• Creative and innovative thinking.
• Strong planning and organizing skills.
• Excellent influencing skills.
• Expert in English language proficiency & communication skills.
• Proficiency in Video creation and content creation tools
• Hands-on understanding of digital content creation, particularly video-driven content.
• PMP Certification preferred.

Qualifications for Communication Project Manager:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in communication roles, ideally with experience in both intra company corporate environments.
• Strong experience in digital communication strategies.
• Excellent leadership skills, capable of working with C-Level executives and various stakeholders.
• Experience in the Asia region, with sensitivity to cultural nuances and practices across different countries.
• Excellent spoken and written command of English.
• Broad understanding of the medical industry.
