VMS Application and its services checkup.
Environmental sensor Application and services checkup.
Access control system application and its services checkup.
UCOP Application check up and coordinate with Trinity Team. Coordinate with Field team for camera update(Fix/360/PTZ/ANPR/RLVD)
Motadata Application and its services checkup, .
Report management of all application.
YOU MUST HAVE
- High school diploma/ Associate’s degree in a computer-related discipline
WE VALUE
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Suite
- Client service experience, Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Understand networking concepts; servers; LANs/WAN
- Experience using help desk call logging system
- Excellent customer focus
- Proactively and clearly communicates important and comprehensive information
- Ability to use desktop computer hardware and softwareto assess, diagnose, and correct problems
- Programming knowledge is a plus
- Finds balance between making decisions independently and seeking approval
- Clearly defines complex issues
