Job Overview
We are seeking a Housekeeping- Office Boy to join our team at Linksurf Resource Services LLP in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. As a Housekeeping- Office Boy, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the office premises. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in housekeeping and office management.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in housekeeping and office management
- Knowledge of housekeeping practices and cleaning techniques
- Familiarity with cleaning products and their safe usage
- Basic understanding of facility management (FM) principles
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules or assignments.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks and maintain overall cleanliness of the office premises.
- Ensure proper cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry and cafeteria areas.
- Manage the stock and inventory of cleaning products and office supplies.
- Assist in setting up and organizing meeting rooms and other common areas.
- Handle minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing broken equipment, etc.
- Notify the management about any repairs or maintenance requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas that require cleaning or repairs.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
