Job description
Leader – PI – Advanced Analytics
Your key responsibilities
· Develop and lead the analytics/data science practice for team Asterisk
· Build capability in Artificial Intelligence, Gen AI/LLM, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, etc. to solve complex industry problems
· Drive product innovation using cutting edge AI/ML/GenAI technology.
· Contributing to productization of advanced analytics solutions built for solving customer problems
· Providing leadership and growth road map to team members
· Contributing to hiring skilled resource for the analytics and optimization
Skills and attributes for success
· Expert in cutting age analytics methods using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, GenAI, LLM, etc.
· Expertise in big data analytics (using Hadoop, Spark, etc.)
· Expertise in tools like SKLearn, PyTorch, Tenserflow, kersa, langchain, ComputerVision, etc.
To qualify for the role, you must have
· B.Tech, M.Tech, M.Sc., PHd in Statistics or Analytics
· 15+ years of experience in advanced analytics
· Experience in leading and delivering end to end advanced analytics projects
· Experience in statistical forecasting methods (ARIMA, UCM, Prophet, etc.)
· Expert level knowledge in various machine learning, Deep learning , LLM, GenAI, etc.
· Expert level knowledge in clustering, NLP, Image recognition, etc
Ideally, you'll also have
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Experience in client presentations, client interactions, program management
· Inspirational leader. Ability to motivate team by leading from front.
· Exposure to Supply Chain domain
· Exposure to Operational Research / optimization
· Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
