Job description

What will you do?

Under Brand Partnerships for our platform, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing collaborative relationships with external brands. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills, creative flair, and a keen understanding of market trends.

1. Strategic Partner Identification: · Conduct market research to identify potential brand partners that align with our brand values, target audience, and business objectives. · Evaluate and prioritize partnerships based on strategic fit and potential for mutual growth. 2. Negotiation and Onboarding: · Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring favorable terms, mutually beneficial agreements, and a clear understanding of deliverables. · Develop comprehensive contracts outlining expectations, exclusivities, and promotional commitments. 3. Relationship Building: · Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective brand partners. · Act as the main point of contact, fostering open communication and collaboration to drive successful partnerships. 4. Collaborative Marketing Initiatives: · Collaborate with internal marketing teams to create and execute joint marketing campaigns, co-branded promotions, and other initiatives. · Leverage partner resources and assets to enhance our marketing efforts. 5. Product Collaboration and Exclusives: · Work closely with product teams to explore opportunities for exclusive product collaborations or limited-edition releases. · Ensure that new offerings align with market trends and resonate with our customer base. 6. Performance Analysis and Optimization: · Track and analyze the performance of brand partnerships, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success. · Identify areas for improvement and optimization, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results. 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure seamless integration of brand partnerships into overall business strategies.

About Nutrabay : Nutrabay was born out of a problem that all health and nutrition stores in India could not actually ensure the authenticity of the products they deliver as they were all a marketplace. This is not the best situation when you need to ensure 100% authenticity of products as the website selling these never know what the 3rd party seller is actually sending to the customer via their website. This is where we saw a huge problem to be solved. A website that lists no 3rd party seller, no middlemen, fulfills and ships direct to the customer, gets certified by all the brands for authentic products, and is able to offer comfortable price points at the same time.

Today, we have found huge success in solving this problem. We’re proud of it and will continue to innovate and bring exciting products that help people become a better version of themselves.
