Director of Sales - Series C SaaS Startup (Bengaluru)

Recrud , a premier recruitment partner, is excited to announce a unique opportunity for a dynamic and experienced sales leader to join a rapidly growing Series C SaaS startup based in Bengaluru. We are on the lookout for a visionary

Director of Sales

who will play a critical role in scaling our client's business to new heights. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams in the SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and expand the inside sales team, fostering a culture of achievement and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new business opportunities and challenges. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners. Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure the CRM system accurately reflects sales activities and forecasts. Implement best practices in sales processes and operations to achieve efficiency and effectiveness. Drive customer success and retention by ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and support.

Qualifications: A minimum of 12 years of sales experience, with a significant portion in inside sales for a SaaS platform. A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving growth in a competitive market. Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage customers and team members at all levels. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is preferred. Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
