Job description

Purpose:

Impeccably manage the policy governance and employee experience objective in Global Business Services focused on People Services.

Scope:

This role works collaboratively with Global Business Services and HR Professional in a matrixed environment.

Main Responsibilities Build and implement the employee experience strategy to improve the overall experience of employees. This could involve a variety of initiatives, including enhancing the experience of moments that matter for our customers. Responsible to collect and analyze measurable data, real-time observations, and feedback through multiple channels to devise strategies that improve the employee experience. Responsible to develop comprehensive review program to streamline the people policy framework, with a focus on simplifying and scheduling amendments in line with regulatory requirements and enhanced employee experience. Establishing robust relationships with stakeholders, collaborating with other Subject Matter Experts, Employee groups towards strengthened employee experience. Required to stay current with Industry Trends and best practices by formal networking events and contribute towards refinement of employee experience strategy.

Education Requirements: Graduate Degree and/or Relevant Experience

Professional Certifications/Others: Preferred – UX/UI Certifications Required – Knowledge of Human Resources Policy and Employee Experience Design Principles

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

Highly tech savvy, data-driven and proactive in approach towards building employee experience programs. Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to persuade and influence stakeholders. Excellent project management experience Ability to apply lessons learned from previous similar projects to proactively identify and manage risk.
