Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers to conceptualize and develop new product lines.
- Source materials, negotiate pricing, and maintain vendor relationships.
- Manage production timelines and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct Pre-Production Meetings (PPM) to ensure clarity and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Maintain strong and collaborative relationships with factories, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in apparel merchandising or product development.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant merchandising software.
