Summary The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to the sourcing, procurement, and logistics of materials and products. This includes developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans, negotiating contracts with suppliers, and managing logistics and inventory operations. The Supply Chain Manager will work closely with other departments within the organization to ensure that supply chain goals and objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
- Manage inventory levels and logistics operations to ensure that materials and products are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement cost-saving measures.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Continuously improve and update supply chain processes.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- English C1/C2.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation and contracting skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in relevant computer software and tools.
- Experience in a relevant industry is a plus.
