About the role
Location : #L1 Hybrid
Data Quality Senior Manager drives a strong Data Quality Management culture within team particularly focusing on improving Master Data Quality and enabling Master Data Governance by publishing KPIs & Reports. Drives Data Quality enhancement across the organization for consistency, correctness and completeness. Support and facilitate data enabled decision making for Novartis internal customers by providing quality data.
Your Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
• Develops robust data quality and governance mechanism to improve organization’s data quality across supply chain, quality and other key NTO functions
• Be a point of contact for data quality enrichment and cleansing strategy for Business Stakeholders and Data Quality associates
• Analyze complex data quality enrichment and cleansing requests from Data Stewards and Data Champions
• Envision the Data Quality strategy, metrics and framework
• Implement data cleansing and linking strategy as per documented data quality improvement strategy using SAP Information Steward and Informatica Data Quality tool
• Plan and execute Data Quality corrections for various functions and light house projects Liaise with the Data Stewards, Data Champions and Data Solution Designer to realize agenda of continuous and active Data Governance.
• Develop training materials, documents on scope of the reports, data quality rules and various data governance modules
• Provide analytical support to business by publishing Excel/QlikView/QlikSense reports for Data quality
Role Requirements
• 12+ years of experience in multiple Data Quality Management projects with hands on experience in relevant technologies like Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and SAP Information Steward.
• 2+ years of experience working with cloud (AWS or Azure) data technologies.
• Ability to write SQL queries to conduct data validations and probe quality issues with data
• Strong experience in Project Delivery Methodologies: SDLC, Iterative, Agile, Scrum, Kanban
• Good knowledge of GxP environment
