Job Overview We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Event Planner to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating various corporate events. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in event planning.
Qualifications And Skills - 1 to 3 years of experience in event planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of event planning software and tools
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with corporate events and industry trends
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in travel planning and booking is a plus
Roles And Responsibilities - Plan and execute corporate events, including conferences, seminars, product launches, and team-building activities
- Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth execution of events
- Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with suppliers
- Create event proposals and presentations for clients
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for event attendees
- Manage event registration, ticketing, and RSVPs
- Oversee event setup, including decorations, audio-visual equipment, and signage
- Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure event branding and promotional materials are aligned
- Evaluate event success and provide post-event analysis and reports
