Job Description:
CloudVenture Technologies is seeking a skilled Azure DevOps Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in on-premise to Azure migration, proficient in Azure DevOps tools, and possess expertise in building, deploying, and maintaining applications on the Azure platform. In addition, experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with development and operations teams to design and implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient application deployment.
2. Manage and monitor on-premise infrastructure, ensuring a smooth transition to Azure cloud services using Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve deployment, configuration, and infrastructure issues in both on-premise and cloud environments.
4. Implement security best practices for Azure resources and work towards maintaining a secure development and production environment.
5. Automate routine tasks to enhance operational efficiency using PowerShell, ARM templates, Terraform, or other scripting languages.
6. Evaluate and adopt new Azure technologies and Terraform modules to improve the overall infrastructure and development processes.
7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability on the Azure platform.
8. Conduct regular system reviews and contribute to capacity planning efforts.
9. Stay updated with industry trends, Azure updates, Terraform best practices, and ensure the team's skill set remains cutting-edge.
10. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture within the organization.
