Sales Representative / Lead Generation in Chennai, Coimbatore, Tirunelveli, or remotely Role: Sales Representative / Lead Generation Specialist (Cold Calling/Appointment Setting) Location: Chennai/ Coimbatore/Tirunelveli/Remote Type: Fulltime Job Description : As a Sales Representative / Lead Generation Specialist, specializing in Cold Calling and Appointment Setting, you will play a vital role in our business development efforts. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to our IT staffing services and building relationships that drive business growth. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce Trident's IT staffing solutions. Qualify leads and set appointments for our sales team to further discuss staffing needs. Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through effective follow-up and relationship-building. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position Trident Consulting. Qualifications: Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales, preferably in the IT staffing or related industry. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
