Role Charter
As the Digital Operations Leader at SPOCTO you will be responsible for driving the digital operations of our organization with a focus on leveraging digital channels to enhance customer experience drive revenue growth and optimize cost structures. You will lead a team of digital operations specialists and collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to recommend and implement digital strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving Digital Operations:
Lead and oversee all aspects of digital operations including strategy development implementation and optimization.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes automate workflows and enhance operational efficiency through digital solutions.
Evaluate and recommend the right digital channels and platforms that will result in higher resolution rates improved customer satisfaction and increased revenue generation.
Stay informed about emerging digital trends and technologies and assess their potential impact on our digital operations.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets while maintaining a costeffective digital operations structure.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue generation cost efficiency and profitability and take corrective actions as needed.
Inspire and motivate the digital operations team to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional results.
Provide leadership guidance and support to team members fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Digital Marketing Operations Management or a related field
Proven experience in digital operations management with a track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing cost structures through digital channels.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and rally teams to achieve targets and deliver results.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
Solid understanding of digital technologies platforms and trends with the ability to recommend and implement effective digital strategies.
Exceptional communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
