Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Help Desk Executive role located in Chenna alwarpet. The Help Desk Executive will be responsible for providing help desk support, technical support, and troubleshooting assistance to customers. The Help Desk Executive will also participate in customer service interactions and ensure that all customer queries are resolved in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications

• Must be have residential site handling experience with minimum of 2years.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Hands-on experience with help desk support and technical support like mobile application of mygate Or adda.
• Experience in customer service and dealing with customer queries
• Good organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Technology
• Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
