Our client is a leading MNC Project Management Company in Mumbai.

Position: Planning Manager
Location- Mumbai
Educational background - BE Civil, PGP-ACM / RICS
Total Experience required – 9-12 yrs

Relevant experience sought in any of the following fields -
1. Experience in Residential high-rise projects
2. Adept at planning metrics and MSP, NICMAR qualified preferred.

Other qualities required.
Proactive, Team Player, Good Communication Skills, Good Interpersonal relationship, ready to work in critical conditions.

Role
Preparing, tracking and Monitoring Master Project Schedule and sending delay notifications to contractors.
Preparing Look Ahead Plan for the execution team.
Cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth running of the project.
Monitor and track KPIs of Project as per Master Project Schedule.
Conduct Design Coordination Meetings
Conduct Weekly Review Meetings
Preparing Weekly Progress Report
Preparing Weekly Progress Status Presentations
Highlighting issues related to construction which cause time delays with and without cost effect.
Material Management and Coordination with contractors Documentation as per Project Quality Plan.
