Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement strategies to nurture and expand the PoolFunders.com community on Telegram and Discord.
● Cultivate positive and constructive conversations within the community, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.
● Stay abreast of industry trends, particularly in the Web3 and crypto space, tailoring community engagement to align with our innovative platform.
● Execute communication initiatives, including AMAs, community events, and other engagement activities.
● Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to align community efforts with broader promotional strategies.
● Monitor and analyze community metrics to gauge the success of engagement efforts and provide regular reports.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a Community Manager with a specific focus on Telegram and Discord.
● In-depth understanding of the DeFi ecosystem, and the dynamics of crowdfunding.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to moderate discussions effectively and build meaningful relationships.
● Familiarity with community management tools and analytics platforms.
● Ability to thrive in a remote or distributed team environment.
● Passion for fostering creativity, innovation, and the transformative potential of decentralized finance.
