Job description
Job Title: Learning and Development MIS Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Learning and Development MIS Analyst to join our Intuitive Operations and Automation (IOA) team within the Communications, Media and Technology (CMT) business vertical. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic insights and data-driven decision-making support to the Learning and Development (L&D) function through cutting-edge data analytics, reporting, and visualization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis, excellent SQL skills, and experience in creating interactive dashboards using modern reporting tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide data-driven insights and analytics support to the L&D function to enable data-informed decision-making.
2. Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into L&D performance metrics, KPIs, and trends.
3. Collaborate closely with L&D stakeholders to understand their data requirements and develop customized reporting solutions that meet their needs.
4. Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as requested by L&D leadership and other stakeholders.
5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and work with the IT team to implement innovative solutions that enhance reporting efficiency and consistency.
6. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all L&D data and reports.
7. Document and maintain reporting standards, procedures, and best practices.
8. Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the L&D function
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in L&D data analytics and reporting
Requirements
. Graduate in any discipline with a strong numerical and analytical background
. At least 4-7 years of experience in MIS analytics, preferably in the L&D domain
. Strong experience in creating interactive dashboards using modern reporting tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
. Self-motivated, proactive, and deadline-driven approach
. Keen willingness to learn and implement new technologies and methodologies.
. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
