Job description
Job responsibility: Improve global market competitiveness and increase orders for wind turbine products. Manage new energy asset software for the following customer needs: Design optimal solutions for customization needs of wind farm, turbine, and components through control and system integration. Assess and prevent early operational risks of customer's assets with an in-depth understanding of wind turbines. Ensure satisfaction of different turbine models and regional grid adaptability through advanced control algorithms. Enhance customer's wind farm operation revenue based on optimization solutions. Wind farm operation analysis, solutions development, task decomposition, program deployment, and final loop closure.
Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering Experience with WTG (Wind Turbine Generation) Control Algorithm experience is a MUST. Strong internal communication and coordination skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with colleagues across various teams and customers. Well-organized, proactive, and successful in collaborating with diverse individuals, both customers and colleagues, in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
