Job description
Our client is a South East Asia-based SaaS Startup that is hiring for a Senior HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner) in Bengaluru to head their India Operations.
The Role In this role, you will work closely with the Group CEO and other company leadership to establish the company's short and long-term goals, manage talents and budgets, ensure proper allocation of resources and ensure all departments in the company meet their goals. Ultimately, you will work with other organizational leaders across the company to ensure our departments run as efficiently as possible and our organization meets its set goals. You will be responsible for:
- Administering HRIS and other HR-related software, maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.
- Generating reports and analyze HR data for decision-making.
- Assisting in benefits enrollment and guide employees.
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.
- Preparing HR documentation, stay updated on HR laws, and assist in audits.
- Fostering a collaborative and innovative culture in the office.
- Providing coaching to enhance team effectiveness as strategic partners.
- Collaborating with senior management, offering strategic HR insights.
- Developing and execute HR strategies aligning with company vision and growth.
- Handling complex employee relations matters, including conflict resolution.
- Leading performance management, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms.
- Analyzing HR data for insights, and present metrics to senior management.
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting the team to achieve company objectives.
Ideal Profile - You have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in human resources or related field
- You have at least 6 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within high growth startups ideally in SaaS industry
- You have working knowledge of human resource business partner, HR leadership, HR metrics, HR insights and HR solutions
- You have a strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
