Innovation & Renovation & Quality Management 1.Responsible for I&R for NP Products and Vending Machines 2.Responsible for smooth execution of New/Renovated Beverage solutions in the market 3.Collaborate with Key Account customers to understand their requirements (Q.A related for products, technical for machines and provide solution accordingly 4.Quality Management & Regulatory compliances for Beverage Solutions & RONE Kiosks in the market 5.Develop Training modules Quality Guidelines for Operators Technical Manuals for Service Engineers 5.Vertical Q.A for NP(Product Release, Shelf-life extension Customer Complaints handling 6.Work closely with packaging suppliers to develop Paper Cups, Bowls, scoops Technical Service Management 1.Manage 3rd party Service Providers for Technical Service 2.Resource planning 3.Track & ensure timely corrective action on service related KPIs(TAT, PM/QA Execution) 4.Provide Back Office support for Automation Tools 5.Drive Machine Refurbishment 6.Drive Training programs for Café Care Enggs Trade Asset Management 1.Plan and Manage Capex Budget for Trade Asset with inputs from Beverage team 2.Manage Demand & Supply Planning for machines 3.C4C Management(Trade Asset tracking : Installation, removal, customer details 4.TA Efficiency Management Idle Machine Machine Cuppage 5.Drive Physical Verification 6.Ensure Timely Write-off machines
