Ready to work in rotational shift
Good knowledge on Computer Hardware
Familiar with Windows 7/10/11 OS & MS Office support issues and hardware & peripherals.
Aware of Window operating system installation and troubleshooting
Good knowledge on Windows Command Keys
Able to install / troubleshoot basic printer issues
Able to troubleshoot L1 level Network LAN issue
Aware of Outlook configuration and troubleshooting of issues.
Troubleshooting & fixing desktop / laptop OS, e-mail client, printer / scanner, print queue related issues
Good troubleshooting skills.
Experience in assembling / disassembling computer hardware and components.
Maintains IT inventory – Computers / Laptops / Printers / Monitors / Switch / Routers etc.
