Responsibilities:
1. **Investigating User Experience Design Requirements**:
- Explore and understand user experience design requirements for our range of digital assets, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and user needs.
2. **UI/UX Design Strategy Development**:
- Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand, considering factors such as usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
3. **Creation of UX Design Solutions**:
- Produce high-quality UX design solutions using various techniques including wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
4. **Design of UI Elements and Tools**:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets to enhance user interaction and experience.
5. **Testing and Evaluation**:
- Conduct thorough testing of UI elements including CTAs, banners, page layouts, and page flows to ensure optimal functionality and user engagement.
6. **Collaboration and Communication**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, internal stakeholders, and external designers to ensure the delivery of tailored and cohesive digital experiences for users.
7. **Adherence to Style Standards**:
- Ensure adherence to established style standards and guidelines regarding typography, graphic design, and overall visual consistency across digital assets.
Requirements: - Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, with the ability to translate user requirements into effective design solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders and team members.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and visual design elements.
- Knowledge of current design trends, technologies, and methodologies, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement in the field of UI/UX design.
