Job description
-Incumbent will be responsible for Leadership hiring, Lateral hiring & Corporate hiring.
-Incumbent will be responsible for end to end recuitmentprocess from sourcing till negotiation for entire North regions across all departments.
-Handling the team of 2-3 recruiters & managing the hiring process smoothly.
-Maintaing the hiring trackers & assisting the HR Head in niche hiring.
