Role and Responsibilities:
The Technical Director of Salesforce will play a key role in designing and developing Salesforce workflows and user interfaces gathering and analyzing information to design comprehensive solutions creating prototypes and conducting design workshops. They will be responsible for translating business requirements into working Salesforce solutions deploying/implementing Salesforce solutions troubleshooting issues and modifying Salesforce API to support external integrations. Moreover they will handle data migration data import/export automation data modeling and data security. The director will also create technical documentation analyze design and architectural issues support and assist the project development team and follow up with issues efficiently.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should hold a Btech/Mtech/MBA/MCA degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development. Strong verbal and written communication skills excellent people management skills detail orientation and problemsolving ability are essential. The candidate should also possess advanced analytical and problemsolving skills along with a thorough understanding of the project development life cycle.
