Job Description

Excellent interpersonal,strategical and stakeholder management skills. Proficient with deliveryplatforms, adult learning, learning methodologies, and Learning ManagementSystems required. Expertise in use of various e-learning and digital learningcontent authoring tools e.g. Articulate Storyline. Ability to contribute tobudgetary forecasting and planning. Awareness of compliance, regulations andpolicies related to invoicing and chargeback. Handling and processing of advancedissues/matters using system knowledge and expertise. Responsible formaintaining and updating the Learning Management System (LMS Cornerstone) andrelated learning solutions. Manage proper deployment of learning content withinthe LMS. Provide administrative and consultative support to instructionaldesigners by testing, uploading and managing learning objects in the LMS.Advice instructional designers on learning design and development from an LMSperspective (components, functions, features). Manage and enforce LMSstandards, best practices, policies, and procedures for LMS administrativetasks and learning design. Acts as an internal LMS expert and escalation pointto research and resolve issues, working with LMS vendor when necessary. Implement and execute complex system toolsbased on agreed processes and procedures (e.g. assignments, learning journeys,curricula, defining target groups, uploading learning materials). Proactivelypropose and implement process improvements and technical procedure improvementsin alignment with relevant stakeholders. Standardize process and procedureswhere possible (e.g. defining templates, custom emails, maintaining andoptimizing FAQ support page etc.). 2nd Line support for training coordinatorsand complex questions/issues from the business. Represent the Learning SharedServices organization in various committees and improvement (cross-sectoral)projects. Has knowledge of the Reporting functionality within the LMS systemand is able to create.
