Responsibilities
As an Architect, you will be expected to
provide industry leading RPA consulting services to clients utilizing UiPath technology . You should ideally possess a proven track record of designing and delivering full life cycle projects. They will also be responsible for supporting the sales cycle as requested and for mentoring other consultants in the effective use and deployment of RPA Solutions.
- Architect and design functional and technical aspects of a portfolio of projects in various streams of Automation tools (Blue Prism/Automation Anywhere/UiPath/Power Automate (Platform))
- Understand relevant end to end business processes
- Translate functional requirements into technical design
- Deep technical understanding of automation computing and knowledge of different system technical requirements to host an RPA solution
- Experience designing Solution architectures for different use cases with RPA and ecosystem tools
- Liaising with on site and client teams to understand the project scope and business requirements
- Provide suggestions on best practices and provide workable solutions to resolve client issues
- Drive for value proposition with best in class industry practices
- Actively participate in Client Pursuits, Proposals and Bids
- Perform code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices, and meet quality standards.
Required Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in design and implementation across various industries
- Education: Bachelors/Master's degree in Computer Science / MCA / M.Sc / MBA
- Should have experience in implementing or supporting 4+ end-to-end RPA projects
- Deep skills in the areas of business process modeling and technical solutions (RPA solutions)
- Ability to prepare and facilitate the process design sessions related to the robotics process, validation rules, and reports
- Ability to architect process automation, process re-design, and use cases
- Ability to architect, estimate, and respond to RPA proposals
- Should be an expert in performance tuning, exception handling, and notification frameworks in an RPA tool
- Should have good knowledge of PL/SQL
- Must have good knowledge end-to-endof OOPS programming.
- Must know infrastructure.
- Must know IDP processes.
- Should be an expert in quality assurance processes
- Should be an expert in the integration of RPA tools with external applications
- Good business communication skills & client facing skills
- Proven Project Management skills with the capability to do Project Planning, Execution, and monitoring
- Identify and mitigate risks and ensure meeting various project metrics
- Should be able to resolve conflicts leading to effective work delivery
- Self-motivated with attention to detail and great interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of various business/functional processes
- Proficient with various industry standard project management methodologies (e.g. SDLC, Agile, and Scrum).
Preferred - Prior knowledge of industry-leading RPA tools.
- Should possess advanced hands-on experience in .net/java / SQL/ VBA/ Python / OCR
- Prior Client-facing experience.
- Extensive knowledge of latest product trends and industry best practices
- Certified in the latest project implementation methodologies.
- Certified in any one of the RPA tools (Blue Prism/Automation Anywhere/UiPath/Power Automate)
- Experience in multi-vendor environment is highly desirable
- PMP certification is highly desirable
Additional Qualifications - Experience with Cloud Platforms and Services such as AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.,
- Experience in Intelligent Automation – AI/ML, Chat bots, NLP in 1 project
- Certifications in PMP, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Power Platform, UiPath, Blue Prism

- Budget 6+ years upto 16 LPA, 9+ years upto 23 LPA*
