Telesales Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Raipur. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for daily telesales calls, maintaining client relationships, researching and developing new market opportunities, customer support, and training.

• Customer Service, Communication, and Sales skills
• Customer Support and Training skills
• Ability to handle objections and provide solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Experience in selling to fire and safety industries is a plus
