Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Plantrich Agri Tech Pvt Ltd. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong financial acumen, and a deep understanding of account management principles. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Senior: 7 to 10 years of experience in account management or related roles
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of accounting principles
  • Experience with SAP ERP system
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Knowledge of GST and manufacturing processes
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple client accounts
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Manage and oversee the accounts of assigned clients
  • Analyze client data and provide insights to improve business performance
  • Prepare and present financial reports to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
