Job description
The customer relationship manager's role is to deal with existing customers who have queries on service levels either with software or hardware or any other issues which a customer might be facing. The
the role is to regularly call customers and discuss the service level
Responsibilities:
Work on building profitable relationships with existing customers.
Overseeing the relationships built and maintained by the team within the customer care department.
Resolve customer complaints quickly within the TAT(Turnaround time)
Work on Net promoter score levels to ensure best-in-class customer service to the customer.
Make a summary of all complaints and close with all the stakeholders of departments.
Inform customers about the new services, features, etc
Work with close coordination with other departments of the company and ensure the problem gets sorted out. It is the responsibility of CRM to close all issues pertaining to complaints and queries of the customers.
CRM must know the competition closely and plan strategically.
Candidate requirements:
A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field or MBA.
A minimum of 7 to 10 years' experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in all Microsoft applications like Excel, word, and presentations.
Superior product knowledge.
A team player with leadership skills.
Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
Candidate must be in a similar role with good organization.
