JD for IT Business Analyst French - Liquidity Risk
7+ years or relevant experience as a Techno-Functional business analyst in the Capital Markets, Liquidity domain with demonstrated experience providing business analysis for Regulatory Reporting applications with a solid understanding of the software development process, requirement gathering, analysis/design, contemporary testing methodologies. Responsibilities: - Strong Knowledge on Capital Markets, Money markets, financial instruments, Liquidity domain - Ability to understand and challenge business processes, requirements, and proposed solutions in line with strategies - Understand the functional requirement and depict the need by creating the EPICs/User stories by defining the acceptance criteria inline to the BDD aspects (Jira) - Ability to communicate with diverse audience at varying levels of detail as appropriate, including with Business SME’s and IT application developers across multiple regions - Candidate should be able to organize/conduct UAT sessions with stakeholders - Validate the requirements and get the sign off and able to manage the production (24/7) - Must have hands on experience in writing basics SQL queries and advance excel. - Able to understand the agile methodology and follow all the agile practices (Grooming, prioritization, planning, demo, etc.) - Thoroughness and ability to work independently on multiple concurrent assignment with minimal supervision Profile Required: - Candidate should have at least 7+ years of experience as IT Business Analyst in Banking/Finance domain projects - Strong Knowledge on Capital Markets, Banking regulations like BASEL II/III, Liquidity domain - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills - Should have knowledge on SQL for the data analysis - Exposure to Agile methodology with requirements capturing using use case and feature driven method - Added advantage if the candidate has experience working in Liquidity Risk Regulatory Reporting projects - Being proactive, assertive and a very good team spirit will be the essence, the candidate has to be fluent in English and French.Job tags
