Job Title: SAP Ariba Consultant
Experience: 8 years (5 years relevant)
Location: Gurgaon/Pune/Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
♦ Implement and configure SAP Ariba Downstream modules to meet business requirements.
♦ Lead and participate in all phases of SAP Ariba implementation projects, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
♦ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into SAP Ariba solutions.
♦ Configure Guided Buying, including tile configuration and form creation, to optimize user experience.
♦ Manage Master Data and Approval lookup processes within SAP Ariba.
♦ Provide expertise and guidance on Procurement to Payment (P2P) processes within SAP Ariba.
♦ Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution during implementation and post-implementation phases.
♦ Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support end-users.
♦ Stay updated with the latest features and functionalities of SAP Ariba and recommend enhancements to improve system efficiency.
Requirements:
♦ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
♦ Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience in SAP Ariba.
♦ Proficiency in SAP Ariba Downstream modules, including Procurement to Payment (P2P) processes.
♦ Hands-on experience with Guided Buying, including tile configuration and form creation.
♦ Strong understanding of Master Data management and Approval lookup in SAP Ariba.
♦ Experience with SAP Ariba Upstream modules and Ariba CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) is a plus.
♦ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
♦ Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
♦ Certification in SAP Ariba is desirable but not mandatory.
